Responsibilities

Seeking highly motivated Multi-Discipline/All Source Intelligence Analysts to conduct intelligence research and analysis functions in concert with established Intelligence directives, regulations, and policies and internal procedures. Review message traffic from classified and unclassified sources to assess the immediate, near and long term effects of hostile forces/terrorism and socio-political activities on USACE operations.  Coordinate with the Intelligence Community (IC) to validate intelligence and/or request additional information.  Rapidly disseminate relevant, credible intelligence or information indicating possible, probable, and/or immediate terrorism threats and/or geopolitical events that may or will impact USACE personnel and/or operations in accordance with guidelines set by the Government.  Develop terrorism threat trends, and/or identify anomalies from daily message traffic and incident reporting; analysis includes development of existing and evolving terrorism tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP), to include environmental, foreign intelligence and cyber threats.

Use the USACE G2 REDi Portal or other dissemination portals, (CORPSNET and/or SIPRNET), disseminate products to appropriate USACE personnel and other communities of interest.  Review and validate existing communication and routing procedures of all products leaving the USACE G2 Office.

Experience and Education

All candidates for this position must have:

  • Active and current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Security Clearance.
  • Strong, current and proven analytical skills in all-source analysis at the journeyman level experience, training, and knowledge of intelligence support operations and related understanding of DOD intelligence-related policies.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst in a Department of Defense (DOD) or an IC office.
  • Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly use of MS PowerPoint.
  • Thorough knowledge of the intelligence cycle.
  • Thorough knowledge of IC reporting resources/portals (collateral SECRET and Top Secret (TS) with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Be able to use the following intelligence tools and databases; M3, HOTR, National Production Workshop (NPW), COLISEUM, DCGS-A, and IC portals like NCTC Current and CIA Wire, and have the ability to create, develop, and manipulate Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) and all-source data through the use of software tools such as ArcGIS, ERDAS, and ENVI.
  • Previous deployment experience supporting intelligence operations is desired.
  • Have current training on Intelligence Oversight and Classification Marking and Management.
